  • I have just submitted my application, what happens now?
    First, thank you for your interest in working at Diool! We usually provide an answer within 3 to 4 weeks from the moment you’ve sent your application. We make sure that every candidate receives a feedback.
    In case we decided not to proceed with your profile, with your permission, we will keep your resume on file so we can contact you in case we have a more suitable vacancy available.
  • What is the interview process like at Diool?
    Depending on the role you’ve applied to, you may expect the following interview process:
    Introductory call with our HR
    Interview with your direct manager who will test your motivation and your fit with the role.
    Interview with one of our co-founders, to confirm that you match the role and most of all, the company’s culture!
  • What about personal data protection?
    In case we wanted to keep your resume in our database, we will always ask permission to do so.
